These are a few of my favourite things!

Happy talk

I popped down to the launch of Happy Contents at the Granny Would Be Proud vintage fair at the Hillhead Book Club last weekend and was instantly transported to a world of pom poms, colour, glitter and fun! Simone and Heather, the gals behind Happy Contents, curated lovely little boxes crammed with yep, you guessed it: Happy Contents! happy contents5

I love the idea of getting a little box of surprises from people who love the same things as I do! The box was beautifully presented with a gold glittery banner and it was crammed full of colourful items from a pink dinosaur and sparkler to a playlist and pom pom garland! I especially love the hand printed shopper as it features polka dots, which are my absolute favourite. I also picked up a cute little cactus (complete with pom pom  of course!) to add to my cacti and succulents collection.

The little pink dinosaur is sitting proudly on my stationery table at home, safeguarding my jar of bows – raaaar!   happycontents6

The pom pom garland has now been wrapped around my desk lamp for some added colour and out of reach from my little kitten, Buddy, who loves it as much as me!

High fives all round for the inclusion of Toto’s Africa on the playlist, gals!

I can’t wait to see what the next Happy Contents box contains – I’m sure it will add some sparkle to my day!
