These are a few of my favourite things!

Vintage treasure!

I’m always scouting around for vintage furniture, kitchenware and interesting objects for my home. I love mixing old and new things together and the personality and stories that vintage items bring to a room. There’s nothing more exciting than coming across a hidden gem in amongst lots of old bric a brac and giving it a new lease of life!

I love this vintage Sellotape tin. The typography is so cool and it’s a fab way to store a boring old roll of sticky tape. I love vintage packaging, so this caught my eye immediately at Nancy & Betty. I’m so pleased with it!

This vintage camping stool/table was produced in Holland and sports a fantastic vintage pattern. The legs can be removed to allow you to store it flat, when travelling to the beach or going camping. It’s come in so handy over the summer with all the sunshine we’ve had and I’ve also used it as a little occasional table indoors. Great find from eBay!

How cute are these little beauties? These Japanese deer are so adorable and have little touches of gold which add a little something special. They are sitting pretty on a book shelf at home and were a steal from Etsy.

Anyone for a game of Cluedo? This vintage board game was spotted at Lady Kentmores in Callander. I love the illustration on the cover; they don’t make ’em like they used to. Looking forward to finding out whodunnit!

Last up is this brilliant vintage souvenir plate featuring New York. The illustration is really simple and I love the gold edging. I’ve popped it up on the wall and it looks great. This was another buy from Etsy.

More pieces to follow soon!
